Mary McDaniel,Owner/operatorin the industry for 20 years
Hi! I am Mary McDaniel, the sole owner, and operator of McDaniel Pest Control. I have been in the industry for 20 years. A technician specialist myself, I have studied insects and spiders since I was about 12 years old. As of the posting of this intro, that is exactly 40 years! Shh…don't tell anyone. Women aren’t supposed to tell their age!!
When I started the business in 2010, I believed that I could offer top quality products and excellent service for a fair and reasonable price. This business is customer-focused and has been built, for the most part, by word of mouth one customer at a time. Together with my team, we are “A Bug’s Worst Nightmare!”
Some of the activities I love to do when I’m off are traveling, especially cruises, singing and listening to music, and learning new things. Diversity is important to me, and I enjoy meeting and getting to know new people and my customers! Giving back to the community means that I seek out businesses owned by my customers and use their products and services as much as I can because these are the people who support my business.
tommy isley,senior Technician Specialist
Tommy Isley is the senior technician specialist at McDaniel Pest Control. Tommy has been in the industry for 17 years. He helps Mary with the logistics of the business. He is very dedicated to his job and the customers that he serves.
Tommy is married to his beautiful wife, Mitzi, and they reside in Lewisburg, TN. Family is important, and they spend a great deal of time with their four children and seven grandchildren. Tommy enjoys hunting, gardening, and church activities.
Kevin Riner, TECHNICIAN SPECIALIST
Kevin joined McDaniel Pest Control in July 2020. He is no stranger to the pest control industry with 6 years of experience in Lewisburg and Clarksville. Kevin is married to his lovely wife, Carrie and they have one son, Levi. Kevin is bi-vocational and when he is not helping people get rid of their pests, he is talking with people about the Lord and is currently the pastor of Lynnville Baptist Church. When Kevin is not working at McDaniel Pest Control or pastoring the Church, he is also a Boy Scout leader, a radio sportscaster, a guitar player/singer, author and is an active member in the Lynnville community.
Daryl Tate, TECHNICIAN SPECIALIST
Daryl is the newest member of the MPC team. He joined McDaniel Pest Control in the fall of 2020 and has been diligent in his learning of bugs and spiders with hands-on training, on-line classes and in-house classes. He is excited about his career change to termite and pest control
Daryl and his wife, Sally, have eight children. He enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors.
Connie reynolds,administrative assistant
Connie Reynolds joined McDaniel Pest Control in 2019 as our administrative assistant. She keeps all of the invoicing and paperwork in order! I’m sure she keeps one eye open when we are in the office because, in the past, some of us have played practical jokes with a fake snake showing up in different areas in the office. But don’t worry…we only do that to employees!! Lol
Connie and her husband, Jerry, have four children and six grandchildren. Connie enjoys sewing and going shopping with her mom.
